If you have a need to download the info in the dashboard, just use this drop down to pick your format.

If you favorite your preferred dashboards, then they'll automatically show up in your favorites menu at the top.

You can still save custom views, but this isn't needed for subscribing using the report builder. A new feature allows you to make your custom views public (no need to have each employee recreate the same preferred view).
